How long will my order take?

Processing Times:

 7 - 10 business day

If you are purchasing multiple pieces in the same transaction, all items will ship together within the processing time of the longest item. Please allow an additional 2-4 business days in addition to the above times during sales and holiday periods, as well as extended shipping times.

Shipping Times:

In addition to our processing times, postage with Australia Post can take up to 2-7 business days for standard shipping, and 1-4 business days with express shipping. For more accurate times, please visit the Australia Post website.

If you require it by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We will endeavour to meet the estimates, however, we cannot guarantee that such estimates will be met due to many unexpected factors out of our control, for example, postal delays.

Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. AEST local time, and excludes weekends and public holidays.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, all orders will have a tracking number that will be sent to the email/phone number that was provided to us at checkout. Please check your junk folder, as they sometimes end up in there. You can use this number to track your item.

What if there is a delivery issue?

If you have an issue with your delivery, please check your tracking number. If you are still unable to locate your order, please send an email to info@zenskicollection.com.au or contact us here so that we can assist you further.

Do you offer free shipping?

No, We do not offer free shipping on orders. 

​

What if my discount code is not working?

All discount codes have a minimum spend of AUD 20. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be used on gift bundles or sale items.

Can you customise or personalise any of the items?

Yes, we can personalise or add any custom items to our collections. Please contact us here to discuss this.
